Job Description

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Openings: 4 positions available
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Mode: On-site (not remote)
GrowthRise Solutions is looking for passionate E-commerce Customer Support Specialists to handle customer inquiries, process orders and returns, and deliver real-time support. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 7.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior e-commerce experience is preferred (eBay experience is a plus).
- Must have a personal laptop.
Pay: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month
