Job Description
Hamsol is looking for a dedicated full-time HR Assistant to enhance our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Duties include writing and posting job descriptions.
- Conducting pre-screening calls and job analyses.
- Identifying candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
