Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Islamabad, offering a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records within our HR databases. You will assist in payroll and attendance management, address staff queries, and draft essential HR documents including letters, memos, and reports. Furthermore, it is imperative to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications: Minimum qualification of I.Com or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of HR functions, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to perform under pressure and meeting deadlines are essential.
