Job Description
Fission Tech is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month, performance-based program with potential for a full-time position. This opportunity, based onsite in Clifton Zamzama, Karachi, involves supporting key HR functions including onboarding processes, HRIS updates, and employee engagement initiatives. It is an excellent fit for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in the human resources field.
Responsibilities: You will assist with the onboarding process, support attendance tracking, and aid in HR communications.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
