Job Description

Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a skilled Production Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, specifically in ice cream production. This full-time position entails overseeing night-shift operations at our ice cream production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality and safety standards, and guaranteeing timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage night-shift operations and production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality regulations.
• Effectively supervise and motivate the production team.
• Monitor the inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Address production challenges to reduce downtime.
• Implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Job Type: Full-time
