Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is actively seeking a skilled Textile Finishing Supervisor to manage the final processing of various fabrics, such as Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing operations.
- Optimize machine performance and team output.
- Monitor fabric quality and collaborate with the quality control team.
- Train and develop staff to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance protocols.
Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years of experience in textile finishing, along with strong leadership abilities.
