Job Description

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieving daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications We Seek:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confidence in addressing customer inquiries
- Previous experience in a call center is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to work night shifts

Requirements

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
