Job Description
GM Marketing is actively seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to become a vital member of our team. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities, professionalism, and a genuine caring approach when interacting with patients.
This position requires availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Ideal applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Key responsibilities encompass greeting patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with medical staff, and responding to patient inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well in a dynamic environment are crucial for this role.
