Job Description
We are excited to announce a job opening for a BPO Specialist at Angular Quantum. In this vital role, you will manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, efficiently resolving issues and documenting all communications. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to improve the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and working alongside different departments. This full-time position requires exceptional communication skills and offers a competitive salary between 80,00 and 120,00 PKR.
This role is on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday.
