Are you an accomplished leader with expertise in managing high-performance call centers? We invite you to become part of our dynamic team as a Final Expense Operations Manager for our USA-based Telesales Campaign at Theevioo Pvt. Ltd..
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Final Expense Telesales team.
- Track performance metrics and achieve sales objectives.
- Train and mentor sales personnel to maximize effectiveness.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in Operations Management, ideally in Final Expense.
- Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
- Availability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
