Job Description
Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd is on the lookout for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to enhance our team. This full-time role operates from 5 PM to 2 AM, serving as the main point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
- Assist customers with onboarding and training.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address issues.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, exceptional communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
Compensation: Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
