Job Description
Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating shipping, handling returns and exchanges, providing product guidance, and liaising with production and operations teams.
Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years of customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, and a patient, positive demeanor. This is a full-time, in-person position serving customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
