Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Agent to recruit U.S. carriers and trucking companies for our dispatch and factoring services. The successful candidate will prospect owner‑operators, new MCs, and small fleets; present tailored solutions; and conduct follow‑up via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Manage a sales pipeline, onboard carriers, and develop long‑term relationships.
- Requirements: background in U.S. trucking sales, dispatch, brokerage, or factoring preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and cold‑outreach skills; independent and target‑driven.
- Full‑time, in‑person role on a 12‑month contract. Compensation: Rs65,00–Rs90,00/month plus high recurring commissions, with training and back‑office support.
