Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead, People Operations to define and implement HR strategy across talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement. You will partner with leaders to design organizational structure, lead change initiatives, advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and build scalable processes that support growth and a high-performance culture.
- 8+ years in HR, including 3+ years managing teams
- Proven expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
