Job Description
Sovereign Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team. In this full-time role you will support client staffing needs by attracting and selecting qualified candidates. Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are preferred.
- Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate the hiring process and candidate communications
- Manage multiple tasks and resolve issues with tact and efficiency
