Job Description
Robust Support and Solutions seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Lead to oversee and optimize our payroll operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely employee compensation, manage payroll staff, implement and maintain payroll policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key responsibilities include payroll processing and reconciliation, system administration, audit preparedness, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven experience with payroll software, and excellent verbal and written communication.
