Job Description
Prime BPO & Telecommunications seeks a full-time Sales Verification Consultant to support international campaigns focused on medical equipment sales. The consultant will verify U.S. customer information, maintain accurate records, and ensure campaign compliance through professional outbound calls.
- Conduct outbound verification calls to U.S. customers; identify needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain precise call logs and documentation; meet daily and monthly verification targets
- Adhere to campaign and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements: minimum one year of call center experience, fluent English with a confident, clear accent, strong communication and verification skills, and availability for night shifts. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs100,00–Rs150,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
