Job Description
Cloud Data Pvt Ltd seeks a reliable, target-oriented Field Recovery Officer to recover outstanding debts. This full-time, field role requires politeness, persistence, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency.
- Fluent in Punjabi (Saraiki) for speaking and typing.
- Locate and contact debtors; negotiate payoffs or payment plans; handle inquiries and complaints.
- Track assigned accounts, investigate discrepancies, update account status and databases, and escalate when debtors cannot pay.
- Proven debt collection experience, ability to meet targets and tight deadlines, and knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
Compensation: Rs37,00/month.
