Job Description
Digital Solutions seeks in-person bilingual Call Center/Customer Service agents (Urdu/Punjabi) for its Lahore office. Competitive fixed salary plus commission/bonus; pay range Rs30,00–Rs65,00 per month. Part-time positions available; full-time will be considered.
- Qualifications: Matriculation to Graduation. Male and female candidates welcome.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays off. Lunch provided; pick-and-drop available for female staff.
- Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records.
