Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a US-based ACA/Medicare/FE/MVA campaign. This full-time, onsite role requires leading and coaching agents to meet performance targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Location: Islamabad (I-9/I-10)
- Experience: BPO/call center background and a minimum of 6 months in a similar leadership role
- Skills: Proven team-building, coaching, and leadership abilities
- Compensation: Base pay up to Rs100,00/month plus performance bonuses
