Job Description
Power Highway seeks a Floor Supervisor to maintain an organized sales floor and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, presenting products, meeting primary and secondary sales targets, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and cross-selling when suitable.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Marketing or Sales Executive, working knowledge of quotation systems, strong English communication, basic IT proficiency, and solid analytical skills. This full-time, in-person position offers a competitive salary, provided lunch, and attractive commission. Prior retail floor experience and the ability to lead by example are advantageous.
