Job Description
We seek a Program Development Advisor to design, plan, and strengthen programs from concept through implementation. You will provide technical guidance, prepare proposals, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor performance, and support fundraising activities. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project-management skills, and proven experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
