Job Description
Atlantis Tech Private Limited is seeking an ambitious Business/Sales Development Representative to lead B2B outreach. The role involves researching and targeting decision-makers, running high‑volume personalized LinkedIn campaigns, initiating prospect conversations, qualifying leads (need, budget, authority, timing), and accurately recording activity in the CRM.
- 6–12 months proven sales development experience
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and B2B lead generation skills
- Track record in appointment setting, excellent written and verbal English
- Negotiation, interpersonal skills, and CRM experience required
- Preferred: background in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, outsourcing; medical billing sales a plus
Location: I‑9/3 Islamabad. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM onsite. Full‑time.
