Job Description
We seek a seasoned leader to develop and execute an end-to-end customer experience strategy that elevates satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Key duties include defining CX KPIs and SLAs, using customer data and feedback to reduce churn, leading AI/automation and analytics initiatives, aligning CX with technology, sales, and marketing, and representing the customer voice to senior leadership.
- 10–12 years’ experience, including at least 8 years in senior management
- Demonstrated CX and service operations leadership; data-driven and strategic execution mindset
- Master’s degree preferred; Lahore preferred. Full-time, in person.
