Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee store and distribution center operations, optimize inventory and logistics, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive performance against key KPIs.
- Lead and develop staff, manage scheduling, and ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
- Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and enforce compliance with safety and quality policies.
