Job Description
Prime BPO5 is hiring a Senior Customer Service Officer for our US campaign (night shift) in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We seek motivated CSRs, verifiers, and closers with strong English, excellent closing and negotiation skills, and preferably 1+ year of US call center sales experience. Fresh graduates with strong English are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Location: On-site, 2nd Floor Kamran Javed Plaza, above Askari Bank, near Khwaja Corporation Chowk, Adiala Road.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person.
- Compensation: Rs75,00–Rs200,00/month plus uncapped bonuses, paid annual leave, and career growth opportunities.
