Job Description
We seek a full‑time HR Intern for a six‑month evening position (6:30 PM–3:30 AM PKT) supporting US‑based clients. Responsibilities include resume screening, conducting pre‑screening calls, scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding and orientation, tracking attendance and leave, maintaining employee records, producing Excel HR reports, and handling daily HR inquiries.
- Qualifications: BBA‑HR (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Required skills: strong written and verbal English, advanced Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting), pre‑screening ability, and excellent organizational skills.
- Night‑shift availability required. Familiarity with HR systems/ATS and Pakistani labor law is a plus.
- Stipend starting at Rs35,00/month; five‑day work week.
