Job Description
We are seeking a full-time MTO / Customer Support Officer based in Bahria Town. Graduates are required; recent graduates and candidates with up to six months of relevant experience are welcome. Preference given to local residents.
- Required skills: strong communication, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving, punctuality, and calm customer handling.
- Key responsibilities: resolve customer complaints, coordinate with internal departments, maintain records, provide product and warranty information, and support after-sales service.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month with annual increments, medical coverage, allowances, leave benefits, interest-free loans, and Eid bonus. This is an in-person role.
