Job Description
Eposmatic is hiring a full-time Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Islamabad. The role involves providing first-level support via phone and WhatsApp, troubleshooting software issues, updating restaurant menus, pricing and staff records, and ensuring timely resolution through follow-up.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in customer support or data entry preferred.
- Skills: strong MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; fluent English and Urdu (spoken and written); detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Work schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. On-site position.
- Compensation: PKR 30,00–70,00 per month.
