Job Description
We are seeking a District Programme Officer to coordinate and implement district-level programs, strengthen relationships with local partners, and oversee project progress and budgets. Key responsibilities include planning and executing activities, conducting field visits, delivering technical support and capacity-building, preparing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in development, social sciences, or a related field, have at least three years of program management experience, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The role requires regular travel within the district and a commitment to collaborative, results-oriented program delivery.
