Job Description
Kiran Foundation seeks a full-time First Grade Teacher to deliver engaging, student-centered instruction at our Manghopir campus. Responsibilities include leading morning circle time, implementing PBSS rewards, and maintaining classroom discipline, hygiene, and student safety. Prepare and submit weekly lesson plans, monitor academic progress, and maintain student files. Use creative activities, update classroom displays, and encourage reading and library use. Communicate with parents and provide weekly updates every Saturday (MYT). Supervise lunch and playtime, reinforce manners, and organize assemblies, field trips, and backup worksheets. Participate in trainings and learning walks to support continuous professional growth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of teaching experience.
