Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Quality Control & Dispatch Coordinator to ensure product quality and timely shipments. The role requires inspecting products, documenting test results, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating dispatch schedules with production and carriers.
- Perform quality checks, inventory staging, and packing verification.
- Create and verify shipping documents; track deliveries and carrier performance.
- Initiate corrective actions and maintain accurate QC records.
- Collaborate across production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, familiar with QC procedures and logistics, proficient in MS Office, possess strong communication skills, and have prior manufacturing or distribution experience. Flexibility to work varied hours is preferred.
