Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Analytics to lead a cross-functional analytics organization and enable data-driven decisions across our worldwide business. You will define and execute the analytics strategy, manage and mentor global analysts, design advanced models and dashboards, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with product, marketing, and finance teams and report to the Head of Insights, with a clear opportunity to influence global growth.
- Minimum 8 years in analytics with experience managing international teams
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills; proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Expertise in statistical modeling, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
