Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring Phone Banking Officers for its Lahore call center (Citi Tower, Gulberg 2). Provide high‑quality phone banking support: handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with accounts and digital banking, resolve complaints, cross‑sell credit cards, loans and deposit products, log interactions in CRM, and maintain compliance and data security.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; up to 35 years old; fresh graduates and experienced call‑center candidates welcome.
- Skills: Fluent in English and Urdu; strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
- Employment: Full‑time, in‑person. Salary: PKR 40,00–42,00 per month.
