Job Description
Abacus BPO seeks full-time Inbound Customer Relations Specialists for a domestic inbound project in Islamabad. Compensation: PKR 37,00 base plus up to PKR 5,00 performance incentives (PKR 37,00–42,00).
- Handle inbound calls in English or Urdu and operate digital tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (14 years). Experience: 6–12 months preferred; BPO/customer service background advantageous.
- Schedule: six days per week with rotating 8-hour shifts.
- Attend daily interviews 12:00–4:00 PM at Plot 349-352, 1st Floor, Street 5, I-9/3, Islamabad.
