Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Principal Data Engineer with over 7 years of experience in critical technologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional SQL skills and a strong background in NoSQL databases. You should demonstrate expertise in designing resilient data pipelines utilizing tools such as Airflow or various cloud-native services. A solid understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes is imperative.
Required skills include proficiency in Python, experience with cloud data warehousing, and familiarity with data lakes. Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks will be considered an advantage, especially in relation to ML/GenAI preparation.
