Job Description
We are a BPO Call Center seeking a dedicated Performance Manager in HR to join our expanding team. This position requires night shifts to align with our US-based clients and customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience managing HR responsibilities within a BPO or Software House. Strong English communication skills are essential, and a positive social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, is required.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, creating and implementing company policies, and overseeing payroll processes.

Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
