We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers and appointment letters in collaboration with central HR.

Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, activating/deactivating employee profiles in FlowHcm and Moodle, arranging laptops and email accounts for new hires, processing probation forms, and overseeing new employee orientations. Additionally, you will assist in performance appraisals and employee relations matters.

Requirements: a 4-year degree with a specialization in HR/MBA in HR, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
