Job Description
Our client, Pakistan’s leading mobile wallet and branchless banking service, is seeking to hire an experienced MIS Coordinator for a contractual position. The MIS Coordinator is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency within our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of QR codes for each region and distribute them to team leaders accordingly.
- Manage staff induction files for new hires and exits, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Oversee sound box data in each region, tracking daily active/inactive status.
- Maintain accessories for current and new staff, such as visiting and employee cards.
- Monitor Google Forms daily to facilitate seamless onboarding, resolve discrepancies, and optimize onboarding numbers.
- Keep records of BVS devices, classified as bank assets.
- Provide support to the calling department based on workload.
- Experience with database management systems and analytical report generation is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
