Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment efforts, manage performance evaluations, coordinate employee training programs, and implement engagement strategies.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3 to 5 years of HR management experience—preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors—proficiency in HR software, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
