Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our bus terminal team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting passengers with their travel inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules and fares.
- Process payments and maintain detailed transaction records.
- Address passenger inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
Work Location: On-site.
