Job Description
Texitech is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to enhance our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat while delivering accurate information.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Keeping abreast of product knowledge to effectively support and guide our customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Inter/B.A./B.COM)
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a related field is required.
