Job Description
TruckItIn is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Rider In-Charge to manage our fleet of riders and ensure seamless daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will provide real-time support, facilitate coordination, and compile daily reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to track order flow.
- Collaborate with riders and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to service standards.
- Oversee rider shifts and their availability.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in working shifts.
