Job Description

IBSTEC is on the lookout for a dedicated UK-Based Recruitment Executive to enhance our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with UK employers to identify their staffing needs and take charge of sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of staffing needs from UK employers
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates
• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Achieve targeted recruitment goals
• Remain informed about current UK recruitment trends

Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months’ experience in UK recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree, effective communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools.

Location: 2C Gulberg V Zafar Ali Road, Lahore | Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
