Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is in search of a dedicated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to enhance our sales team. This position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our products and services, ultimately closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls utilizing a structured sales script.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Persuade clients to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records.
- Achieve or surpass defined sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in telesales or a closely related role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving under pressure.
