Job Description

Matacs Technologies Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated and professional Client Support & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound client calls, facilitating effective communications, assisting in meeting scheduling, and maintaining thorough logs of client interactions. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to address and resolve client concerns promptly.

We require candidates to have 1–3 years of experience in client support or customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Additionally, a willingness to travel locally for client support is essential.
