Job Description
Umer and Sons is in search of a dedicated and professional Client Support Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will address client complaints, generate Job Orders within our ERP system, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information about our services, drafting formal email responses, and managing all inbound communications with clarity and efficiency.
