Job Description
Rech International is currently looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team at our office on Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Additionally, you will assist walk-in customers and manage PABX operations efficiently.
Key Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in a front desk role are required. Candidates should possess a polished appearance, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, and be 30 years of age or younger.
