Job Description
Apace Sol, a prominent US company with over 30 years of experience in Chicago, is seeking a committed Senior Human Resource Generalist for our Night Shift (on-site) position. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from hiring to separation, while effectively communicating with all parties involved. Proficiency in recruitment and attendance software is essential, alongside the ability to maintain detailed employee records and draft necessary HR documents. This role also involves stakeholder engagement and the implementation of HR policies and initiatives, as well as organizing activities that promote employee engagement.
