Job Description
AAW is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to conduct training sessions aimed at helping students achieve their desired IELTS band scores. This position follows a performance-based earning model, offering 50% of net profits after expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic training for both Academic and General Training modules.
- Conduct engaging classes focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
- Develop customized practice materials tailored to different student levels.
- Evaluate student performance and offer personalized feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of one year of IELTS training experience, and exceptional English communication skills. Certification from recognized institutions is advantageous.
